PADEL TRIPS TO THE SUNNY SOUTH OF SPAIN!
Since a few years IdsPadelTravel organizes small-scale, tailor made padel trips to Cancelada. Cancelada is situated between Marbella and Estepona in the south of Spain. In consultation with you, we assemble a program which consists of group classes, individual classes, matches against local players, or tournament participations (weekends). As an example, you can find a balanced 6-day padel program on our Program page. For the coaching sessions we collaborate with the top padel academy Prodigy. You are being coached and you play matches at the beautiful padel park Villa Padierna Racquet Club (for location see the map below, under the white star). Come as an individual player, with your padel partner or with your entire team! Do you want to come for a mid week, or a whole week? Are you a beginner or advanced? Everyone is welcome. Enjoy and improve your padel skills in the sunny south of Spain! Finally, our trips can be booked throughout the year.
We know the region between Estepona and Malaga well: each year between November and April we enjoy living in the area. Therefore we can accommodate a lot in terms of padel, hotel/apartment or tourism. In principle you will stay in the nearby 4 star hotel Exe Estepona including breakfast, in Cancelada. However, another hotel or an apartment is also possible if desired. Because the hotel is closed from early November to mid-February, we will propose alternative accommodation during those months. For more information on accommodation check out our Accommodation page. The only thing we do not arrange is transport from your home country to Spain. However, we can help you find a rental car. This is often cheaper than taxi transfers and is therefore recommended. In addition to all padel activities, we have tips for fun trips in the region.

PROGRAM
The padel activities take place at the Villa Padierna Racquet Club. This beautiful complex has 14 padel courts, two tennis courts, a shop with padel equipment and a restaurant. The padel program can be fully customized and consists of group and individual coaching sessions, intercambios or tournament participation, all depending on your wishes.
ACCOMMODATION
In principle, you will stay at the nearby Hotel Exe Estepona Thalasso and Spa. This highly rated 4 star hotel has a variety of facilities, including a 24h reception, an outdoor pool, spa, a very extensive wellness package and a fitness room. If you prefer another hotel, or prefer to stay in an apartment, we can also facilitate that.
WHO ARE WE
The organizers are Dutch padel coaches Ids and Winand Hannema. Both hold padel coach diplomas and certificates and have many years of trainer experience in the north of The Netherlands. They regularly travel to (the south of) Spain to work on their own padel skills, play tournaments and get training ideas.
DATES AND RATES
Trips can be booked all year round. The rates strongly depend on the duration of your stay, period of the year and coaching intensity. As an example, below you will find information on the rates of a padel package based on a 6-day trip in the period February-March.
COURSE OF EVENTS
After mutual agreement on the package in terms of padel activities and accommodation, you will receive the General Terms and Conditions and the reservation confirmation, with a request for a deposit of 40% of the total travel sum. The second installment must be paid two weeks before departure.
LOCAL SITUATION
The amenities in Cancelada/Estepona are less than 1 hour drive from Malaga airport. We strongly advise to rent a car for the duration of your stay. The region is quite densely built, but the area around the padel park is green and relatively quiet.
